Preparation

  • Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions.
  • Cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Add the peas and broccoli florets for the last 3 minutes of the cooking time.
  • Juice the lemon.
  • Strain the water and add the sour cream, lemon juice and parsley.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the prawns.


Serve with bread and a sprinkle of parmesan.
